During this session, which will take place over Zoom, I will lead you in a series of breathwork exercises to help to cleanse your energy and help you to feel relaxed, and then I will go into a trance, inviting your I Am presence into my sacred heart, where I will do a shamanic journey which will be tailored to whatever it is that you have going on in your life that you would like to work on. These sessions can include cord cutting, retrieving your energy which others have been holding onto and vice versa, ancestral healing, psychic surgery, connecting with spirit animals and soul retrieval.
